An industrial mill sits in the middle of autumnal trees. The building is long and made of brick, with rows of windows and a long chimney. There is a lighter coloured house to the left of the mill.

At Quarry Bank you can discover a complete industrial community and experience the very different worlds of owner and worker, who lived and worked here side by side. From picturesque gardens to wild woodlands, families are able to explore the natural environment around the property, as well as learn from guides on the apprentice house tours and see demonstrations in the Mill.

Do we have a Youth Group?

Youth Engagement Forum

The Young Engagement Forum are a group of creative young people aged 16-25 who meet every second Saturday of the month. With the mission to make Quarry Bank a more diverse and inclusive for young people to feel welcome, the group is able to design new events in a supportive environment for other young people to enjoy.

Being a founding member means you can shape the direction and important goals the group will lead on. With historic properties, revolving exhibitions, natural environments, and a heap of social history, Quarry Bank has a range of things to suit whatever your interests.

No experience or knowledge is necessary, we are interested in people who are keen to get involved and share their passions.
