You can search for Wally at over 70 museums across the UK this autumn. Find Wally hidden around the museum, spell out a spooky phrase and receive a special “I found Wally!” bookmark. Share your pictures with us on social media using #WallySpookyMuseumSearch and you could win a copy of the new Where’s Wally? book.

National Museum Wales is broadcasting a series of science shows this half term, exploring a fascinating selection of topics – from fartology to the magical world of Harry Potter.
5. See Dippy On Tour in Rochdale
The Natural History Museum’s famous diplodocus is back on the road at its only North West destination – and you can see it for free!
6. Become an art detective with Jewish Museum London
Join the museum’s first ever online family day! Go on a scavenger hunt in your home, learn about a famous artist, create your own artwork and complete Arts Award Discover.
7. Get creative writing with the Barber Institute
Join spoken word artist and poet, Sipho Ndlovu, for a Zoom family workshop inspired by the work of Edward Lear. Drawing inspiration from the Institute’s ‘Tabuan Parakeet’ print, create your own family tales, stories and poems.
8. Design a spooky skull with The Herbert
Take part in some spooktacular crafts as part of the museum’s Festival of the Dead celebrations. Learn to make Sugar Skull Luminaries and other ghostly decorations.
9. Zoom with Room on the Broom with Andrew Carnegie Birthplace Museum
