Do we have a Youth Group?
Youth Collective
| The British Museum’s Youth Collective is a group of 15 young people aged 18-24 helping to create change at the British Museum through making the Museum more inclusive and interesting for young people of a similar age. Recruitment takes place between January and March and members meet weekly between March and November to work with the Museum on co-producing public events, the theme of which change each year per the interests of the Collective. Being part of the the Youth Collective provides a great opportunity to develop real transferable skills that will be invaluable in a future career, and specific training is also provided throughout as well on topics the Collective are interested in. This is also a chance to meet other young people, have fun and develop new skills and interests. |
